This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Wire-Wrapped Stones, Crystals & Clusters »

Instructions

Lots of fun. I didn't have all the tools but wanted to play, so I found a paint brush handle that worked in place of the mandrel. I used wire that was a thinner gauge because I had it on hand and it's an hour to the craft store. I used glass beads that I had and instead of the head pin, I used some wire looped through a small gold seed bead. It worked, I like it!

Simple, pretty and a nice combination of materials... and you didn't have to run to the store neither...Love them

Way cute! And, such a clever idea to use a bead/loop wire for the end -- much nicer than a standard pin-type wire.

Thank you for the compliment. Such a fun class. Back to quilting today. I will need to get some supplies for the class to make some of the other items she is making.
