A suggestion on the ruffles.On the 2nd increasy row - knit 2 sts in the K sts - do not make a kfb - as this will make the pattern looks like you have 1 knit and 3 purl sts instead of 2k 2p - but this is only my suggestion.

Finishing the ruffles. There were a lot of sts on the needle and the knitting was a bit heavy, but I finished it!

It's way more easy than it looks like!
