What was your inspiration?
I knit this beret to coordinate with an Italian Kids Mohair beaded lace shawl I knit (at the base of the glass head). Now if only I could photograph the shawl.
What are you most proud of?
I love the soft texture that makes you feel like you're touching a cloud.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Learn how to fit the hat around the face so that it wears properly. Fit is just as important as quality and beauty.
