My teeny, weeny princess needed a hat to go with her faux zebra fur-trimmed coat.
What are you most proud of?
That I designed this set around a random skein of yarn I already had in my stash.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you're unfamiliar with the adjustable ring, invisible join or FPDC, just do a google or YouTube search. There are loads of great tutorials on how to master those stitches.
Hi,
Thank you for the pattern. It is beautiful. I made the set today for my niece who is turning 1 in April. I was looking for something quick and easy but the look of elegance. Instead of the bow I made a single crochet string for the mittens. I threaded it through and tied a bow. For the hat I did 3 rows of single crochet at the end and also threaded a crochet string around the hat and tied a bow.
