What was your inspiration?

As soon as I saw this fabric in the bargain bin I knew it wanted to be a maxi skirt....plus it's soooooooooo cold here. I needed something to camouflage my thick winter tights~

What are you most proud of?

I love the vintage 70's vibe of this skirt.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Make sure your waist elastic fits you snugly. Depending on the fabric you use it could try to pull it down slightly.
