What was your inspiration?
I found this carved bead at a bead show and couldn't wait to showcase it. The necklace is 24 inches of wire wrapped beads, clay, jasper and bicone copper, not including the hand crafted toggle clasp. The carved bead pendant is 2 1/2 inches long and includes a jasper bead encased in bali style bead caps along with 5, 4mm orange cats eye beads.
What are you most proud of?
I believe the finished piece gives the carved bead a really nice home.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be open to possible changes of your original design. Be passionate!
