Well, it is my joy to paint.. I come up with an idea then search for a way to create the idea. So, yes the design is my idea. Iwish I could say I have drawing talent;I don't. and I'm too old now to begin that aquired art. I must rely on others work and extrapolate from it to fit my puzzle. The WILD ONES I used drawings from a Dover book. After getting an outline on fabric I begin the coloring process. I used good fabric paint, colored pencils and pens. I did much the same thing with GREENAWAY MAGIC and Chinese Heritage. I have more "thoughts on fabric" on ETSY. I JUST opened a store LindaEglandDesigns. I have a lot of art quilts now and making more all the time I think they need a home

I've been looking at your projects, and I must say that your work is absolutely amazing! Do you make your own designs? I don't think I've ever seen quilts painted like these are.
