Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: fondant, dust color - pearl white, gel color - holy green + party green + forest green, yolk vanilla buttercream with homemade strawberry jam and sponge cake corpus.

What are you most proud of? Those roses are my very first and I find them very realistic.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice a lot the covering of the cake with the fondant. It takes a lot of practice to do it perfectly without any gaps etc. Also I used the extruder to create the stripes - they come very even with this. As regards the roses, watch the video couple of times so you definitely know the procedure. If you don't have petal cutter, use round one. I used simple round cutter and it is not visible. Next time I would add also calyx, but I didn't have the cutter.
