What was your inspiration?
The brides Theme was red, so I made it white and red
What are you most proud of?
I was very happy to make this classic cake absolutly as i wanted it to be
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Any project needs a plan ahead, I did it in three phases, first preparing the fondant and the gumpaste, preparing the roses and let them dry, the second phase is baking the cakes and let them cool before filling them and crump coating them with butter cream, after that came the last phase which was covering the cakes with fondant. Preparing and covering the cake board with fondant too.
dowelled the first tow layers to hold the weight pressure of the cake, stacked them and started to make the final decorating touch.
