What was your inspiration?
Eric Carles artwork has always been a favorite of our family. The fabric has been in my stash for quite some time. When I found out that my brother's step-grandson loved Eric Carle's books too, I knew I had to do this for him.
What are you most proud of?
I usewde a continuous strip for the border and mitred it as I went along.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I made the block up myself. If you have an idea you should just try it! If you get stuck, dont be afraid to ask for advice. There is always someone out there that can help. And have fun!
