What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use tiny stitches while hand appliqueing and thread that matches your stitched design colors.

i applause you. this quilt is just wonderful. I myself just went through breast cancer myself. when i finally got to where i could stay awake for more than 15-30 mins i got the urge to start quilting again. i find a new love this time around. while stitching you have the time to find peace from the angry, pain, feeling sick. I look at the world and quilts different. i see new/fresh life in them../ keep up the great work in quilting and may you experience a whole new world of life.
