What was your inspiration?

Inspired by the scarecrow from my sister's garden! I designed this pattern for my mom who prefers embroidery over applique.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I enjoy doing handwork while watching tv in the evening. I find it to be very relaxing at the end of my day.
