Wee Ones: Seamless Knit Toys taught by Susan B. Anderson

Susan’s Wee Ones — elephant, hippo and bunny — are so cute, you'll want to keep them for yourself! You’ll be able to knit dozens using the same basic pattern, which was designed exclusively for Craftsy!

Too cute. Love the elephant's trunk.

Extra cute! Love that trunk! I can see it's longer than the original pattern. Did you shape the downward curve with short rows?

Yes I added a pearl row as I slowly decreased.

The dress is is adorable. I do like how you did your elephant too. It is a little hard to tell, with the matching background color to the elephant, but does it have tusk added as well the nice detail on the truck? The both came out very nicely.

If you look through the pictures that are attached you can see it at a better angle . He is wearing a yellow top. I like the way he turned out too. I just kept knitting down the trunk and every so often I'd add a pearl row to give it that bump or rigging effect.

Judy I love the little dress. Where can I get the pattern from or is that your design?

04/05/2014 Flag

I used the pattern that Susan gave us , when I got to the waist I doubled the stitches all the way around . Keep knitting until you're happy with the length and then you bind off. Hope that helps you! :)
