Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Simple buttercream iced tiers with diamond press (quilting) design on 2 tiers, free hand buttercream scrollwork on one tier and a fondant monogram on a tier. I made the roses and callas out of modeling chocolate. Simple design but pretty (at least I think - lol ). Thanks for looking! Lisa
