Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun

Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: cream cheese sugar cookies flooded and piped in royal icing

I particularly like these wedding cookies. I don't remember ever seeing a cookie cutter in the shape of the "bride" walking down the aisle. Is this one you had custom made or can you share with us where you found this cutter? To do hand-piping of this type of cookie for an entire wedding reception of guests must take days.

hi Pdgrovebaskets....thank you so much for the compliment. I wish I could tell you where to get the cookie cutter but unfortunately, I did not purchase it. I borrowed it from a friend, because I too loved the design and could not find the same one anywhere. She took a cookie decorating course in downtown Toronto and they sold it to her there as part of the class...sorry.. :( The cookies were done for my niece`s wedding so I wanted them to be perfect. I did about 120 cookies and they took about 4 days to do (not including the days to actually bake the cookies) Thank goodness the cookies kept well in the fridge . I`m hoping to try my hand at cake decorating now but I am still a bit scared ...
