Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I had some boiling hot water on the stove and I dipped my spatula in the water, dried the spatula and used it to smooth out the imperfections in the Buttercream along with a fondant smoother.
What are you most proud of? I didn't freak out when the top tier was damaged in the commute. I had put the 6 in top tier on skid free shelf liner in an 8 in cake pan. Then I lined the cake box with skid free shelf liner and placed the cake in the box. The cake board remained in place but the cake slid off the cake board. I had to pray and I was calmed only through prayer. Then I was able to repair the cake. Thank God!!!
