InstructionsI applied techniques learned from this class to apply the fondant to square dummy cakes, making them look like gift boxes. Also learned how to make bow from this class. Royal icing piped dots was learned from Modern Piping class. Roses were learned from Jennifer Dontz's video: Sensational flower making. Also applied techniques recently learned from Nicholas Lodges' class on flower making.

What was your inspiration?
This cake was made for a Bridal Showcase where I am will be an exhibitor.
What are you most proud of?
This is only the second time I have made gum paste roses, and very pleased how they turned out.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure to follow all steps carefully, and have lots of patience.
