What are you most proud of?
Fondant / sugar pearl monogram plaque. The mother of the brides face was priceless.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have lots of patience when placing the sugar pearls on the cake and allow time for the monogram plaque to dry. If you are going to make the peonies make sure you allow time to dry. I had to order these peonies last minute due to time restraints, due to my back going out on me the week before the wedding : (
