I love the calla lillies on the cake, they're my favorite flower. I would love to know how to make those.

i was wondering what recipe you use for your marshmellow fondant? ive tried a few but they were always too sticky or too lumpy ( used homemade powdered sugar that must not of been smooth enough lol). im trying to make my wedding cake and it has calla lilies.

Hi Heather, sorry I just saw this....I use a 16oz bag of mini marshmellows and a 2lb bag of C&H pow. sugar in a large bowl I put 3 tablespoons hot water and marshmellows, them micro wave for 1 minute, stir then about 30 more seconds, stir, should be melted and smooth, then I put powdered sugar thru a large strainer and sift into marshmellows stiring as i go, when too stiff to stir I grease my hands with shortening and pour onto greased surface of table and need in rest of sugar added a small amount of shortening as I go until it's smooth and pliable, I put it in a ziplock bag until I'm ready to use it...hope that helps and it works as well for you as it does for me...
