Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: The fruit cakes are covered in marzipan and when firm and dry, covered next in fondant. The frills are made of 50/50 mix of fondant n gum paste. The roses n filler flowers I learnt from Nicholas Lodge, Maggie Austin n Jacqueline Butlers classes.
