What are you most proud of? I achieved her expectations

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The crunch time for wedding cakes I found to be in the few hours just before the reception begins when the cake needs to be readied. Give yourself at least two hours to stack it and put the decorations on, more time if the cake is bigger. Be aware that adjustments will be made when placing things in their final positions. Stand back and take pictures for the cake will not last very much will be eaten. Enjoy the occasion.
