Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Each tier was inspired by an element of the wedding - brooches wired into the floral displays, buttons on the groom's waistcoat, paisley embroidery on the groom's waistcoat, the bride's Etka Solanki wedding dress, and so on. For a full run through of the inspiration please see http://bitemebakery.co.uk/sketch-book-cake-stand-story-vin-rishs-wedding-cake/

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The bottom tier - I followed Joshua John Russell's instructions for adding the quilting affect on your cake sides. Very simple to follow and very effective!
