Buttercream, fresh roses and some fondant.
What was your inspiration?
I loved the technique of swirling the buttercream to make it look ustic. I'm ususally such a clean line person, it was nice to do somthing different. Also I used the technique of measuing the cake, lining it with the toothpics so it can be even. In the past I just eyeballed it and this was so much more reasurring.
What are you most proud of?
I'm proud of my cakes getting better and better, These classes are amazing. I feel like I'm in my culinary classes again. I love it.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have Fun! It's just cake!
