how i did the handcutting on this layout and how shiny and sparkly it is because i used the OPAL DUST - JO SONJA'S
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Cut things out slowly so you dont make mistakes. When using opal dust, leave it for a while, as it takes a while to dry.
