Instructions
The pattern utilizes Chain, Double Crochet, Single Crochet, Half Double Crochet, and Slip Stitch. Pattern sizes from newborn to adult large. Pattern is great for baby shower gifts, photo props, or mom/daughter or sister matching headbands.Difficulty:

Materials
These headbands use worsted weight yarn for the headbands and flowers, novelty yarn as a run-along for the center of the sunflower, and an optional button on the rose. Hook size is US H or size to get gauge. Pattern is available for purchase at my Brownie Knits shop: www.etsy.com/shop/Brownie Knits for $4.00. Additionally, finished headbands in customized colors and sizes are available for purchase. Pattern includes instructions for headband sizes newborn to large adult and for a rose, sunflower, and mum.
What was your inspiration?
One day I was playing around with my leftover worsted weight yarns to see what else I could do. I decided to play off my Flowers of Fall Hat collection and expand it to include a headband option with multiple flower variations.
What are you most proud of?
The creativity of how the flowers are three-dimensional makes the flowers extra fun and cute!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
In the pattern, I offer extra pattern support for how to whip stitch the flowers closed. Also, you can either make the headband portion as instructed, or use a store bought headband and make the flowers into pins that you can swap out.
