What are you most proud of? That I brought myself to part with it and give it away. You can read about the how and why here:

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Lay all the pieces out exactly as you want them and when sewing keep putting the various bits back into place and the logical sequence of sewing becomes clear very quickly.

I have just started my own quilt top following Sarah's technique and it is a lot of fun. Your quilt is really beautiful, especially the striped fabric combined with vintage roses!

Very, very lovely!

This is absolutely beautiful. The use of grid quilting gives the impression of many many tiny blocks. Great idea. Love your work.

Beautiful job, love the rose affect. Did you hand or machine quilt this lovely piece?

It was machine quilted in straight lines, using red thread!
