What are you most proud of?

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Lay all the pieces out exactly as you want them and when sewing keep putting the various bits back into place and the logical sequence of sewing becomes clear very quickly.

It was machine quilted in straight lines, using red thread!

This is absolutely beautiful. The use of grid quilting gives the impression of many many tiny blocks. Great idea. Love your work.

I have just started my own quilt top following Sarah's technique and it is a lot of fun. Your quilt is really beautiful, especially the striped fabric combined with vintage roses!
