What was your inspiration?
My mum's birthday!
What are you most proud of?
That this is a gluten free cake and was iced and covered in fondant fresh out of the oven. It was crumbling as I carved. Pleased that it has held shape.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I would like advice on the gluten free recipe Craftsies use. This recipe still tastes a little 'gritty' to me.
