I made this is 1994 (!) and my dh just found it, so I'll do my best to remember. Most of it is easy to see by looking I suppose. Let's see: there was a white styrofoam half-wreath (flat on bottom), ribbons, pearl chain, silk baby's breath, silk flowers, low-temp glue, The rouched fabric on the main part is what I don't remember the name of. It's a satiny ~3" wide ribbon which I glued on in strips around wreath. Sorry can't be of more help. Frank's Nursery and Crafts had the pattern out in their store.
