What was your inspiration?
I had a vision of this skirt when I bought this fabric - baby cord. I wanted to make round pockets - don't know why, I just did. I imagined them to be very cute.
What are you most proud of?
This was my idea, and it turned out very cute :) The pockets are not as perfect as they could have been, so instead of selling this skirt LM will enjoy wearing it :) She already loves it!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Sewing circles take your time. I prefer to just move the wheel thingo on my machine by hand now. It takes longer but saves unpicking the seams.
