What are you most proud of? They came out perfect and taste wonderful!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? follow the instructions carefully, the dough tears easily but following Colette's flour dusting fix was all I needed.

hi Cris! These look great! How did you veganize them?

In her notes she said she used vegan butter (which is very easy to make on your own) - but i would imagine that using earth balance, could work too! I need to save up for this class, it didn't occur to me at all i could veganize this (i assumed there were eggs in the pastry)
