Instructions
Use 4-5 strips of nylon per every inch of elastic, so if the waist band is 18 inches, you will need 72-90 strips of nylon. Cut them 6 inches wide and whatever length you want your tutu to be x2 (so if your tutu will be 10 inches long, you will need to cut 20 inch long strips)Difficulty:

This was my very first tutu, and I am very proud of the way it turned out. More to come!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This was a really easy project. The sewing skills required are absolutely minimum (sew two ends of the elastic together), but the result is amazing! So, go ahead and do it!
