What was your inspiration?
I saw this on the cover of a magazine and just knew I had to make it so I ordered the kit.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Unfortunately I have been searching for this magazine in my stash for over 2 years and still can't find it so I can't supply anyone with more info about it. The good news is all you really need to do is applique slightly elongated hearts onto a background, add a border then trim the blocks tilting them this way and that way making sure that they are straight. Sew them together and add a couple borders...voila...you're done. You can do it!
