Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I made a rich plum cake and covered it with white buttercream icing. I made fondant at home instead of using ready made fondant. I took some fondant and colored it red. After kneading the fondant, I rolled it out and covered the cake which was a bit tricky for me as the fondant was sticky. I cut out flower shapes using a Wilton flower cutter and made a simple design. I stuck pink pearls too randomly.
