A french summer dress with dots that I really loved.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You can sew or glue the shell to the purse frame. If you decide to get the shell glued, be patient! Get everything prepared on the sewing table (glue, tissue, tape, some water just in case you need to clean the outside of the frame). Take your time and don't want to be hurry.
Tip: using tape on the outside shell could be very helpful to keep the fabric clean.
