Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Heart shaped white almond scatch cake filled and covered in real stabilized whip cream. White chocolate tinted pink sculpted roses and gumpaste butterflies. Everything is edible.

What are you most proud of? My roses.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't try sculpting with chocolate first. Practice with gumpaste. The chocolate gets very warm from handling which results in frustration.
