Lorna's Laces Helen's Lace wool/silk laceweight yarn in color Amish

What was your inspiration?

If not wearing it as a neck kerchief, it also looks stunning as a bolero-type mini-shawl or collar.

What are you most proud of?

Note: The heart scarf decoration shown in the main picture is actually a belt/sash buckle. Just pull the narrow ends of scarf through each side of the buckle and arrange as desired. You can probably look in places that sell novelty/art deco accessories or sewing stores that have an interesting variety of findings. Or use those search terms on the web, and it might bring up something interesting on one of the auction sites or whatever. Have fun!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Yes, I do. Do you see the "For Sale" area toward the top of this page and just to the right of the thumbnail photos? A link to one of the download sites that sells this pattern (and all my other HeartStrings patterns) is highlighted there.
