What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure you measure and sew your seams carefully so that they align exactly. This was my first quilt and I spent a lot of time redoing my stitching so the seams aligned. Very crucial when doing "Stitch in the Ditch". Have fun with it and experiment with fabrics. I'm working on a second one for a friend who is battling breast cancer.

How much would you charge to do a twin quilt just like this one? My grandson is in the Marines, and I could do it but my eyesight just isn't that good anymore. TY

Go onto Craftsy. At the top where it says Search Craftsy, type in Shannonmac Designs. This is the Crafts store of the designer. The pattern is called Stepping Stones and is $7.00. She also has all 4 of her mystery patterns, which is what this pattern is, in a pack for $20.
