Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I tried for the first time (Jessica Harris of Clean and Simple design) the upside down crumb coating technique at 1:40 in the morning and I am a Believer!!! ha!!! so easy to follow,took less amount of time and amazing result (compare to my old one ).Thank you Jessica,Thank you Craftsy!!!

What technique did you use for the ruffles around the bottom? Is that part of the clean and simple class? I just started watching it. Beautiful cake!

The ruffles are not part of the class,I actually just used for the first time the upside down crumb coat technique for this cake.
