Old denim jeans and scrap print fabrics

What was your inspiration?

A drastic weight loss and way too many pairs of jeans that are now too large for me. As for the other, I like the idea of Holiday print aprons, yet wasn't to fond of having an apron that could only be worn for one day (week...however long the holiday). So I decided to make reversible aprons. Holiday print on one side, everyday design on the other. Voila! Now my apron can be worn any day...not just for a particular holiday only.

What are you most proud of?

It's an eco-friendly project.

Good thinkin" to use the jeans leg. And you created a very flattering shape to the apron, as well. I have tons of jeans, too.........but for the opposite reason. Maybe there should be an on-line jeans-swap site.
