Well I saw these curtains at the store, and knew they needed to be something else. The project didn't take nearly as long as I hoped which leads me to believe its quite simple even for a beginner!I cut the bottom of the curtains of making sure I had the right diameter for my waist and hips, cut a separate waist band, and 2 suspender straps.
