The green background is Radiance (a silk and cotton blend), Variegated organza id fused to the body , the buttons are tiny cut up pieces from silk fusion using the medium thick medium on silk roving. The back is Kona cotton. The quilting thread is silk the bobbin is also silk.
What was your inspiration?

The quilting ...its getting better
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I used the bobbin washer...made free motion even more fun. No snarls...yey. Had to learn to set up my machine for pin tucking, which, once i got the foot and the twin needle was a no brainer....who knew.
