I lengthened the garment some for my height and used a Hong Kong finish on all interior seams for this unlined jacket. I also made bound buttonholes since my fabric did not like the automatic buttonhole foot.Difficulty:

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a versatile pattern for a short coat or "Car coat" as we used to say. I really like the double collar.
