Instructions

I used Patons Lace in Porcelain, the entire skein, for this project! This might be my "girlfriends gift" when Christmas comes! It's a bit fiddly to join in the beginning, but well worth the effort!

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Unisex

Style: Funky, Casual, Outdoorsy, Traditional, Retro / Vintage, Whimsical, Cute, Classic, Hipster, Mod

What was your inspiration?

This beautiful lace cowl is hand crocheted, by me, in a gorgeous blend of powder blue, sapphire, crisp white, and medium blue! All blended together to create a squishy, lightweight, but warm, cowl.

Gorgeous, lace yarn crocheted in a simple pattern to show off the blended color effect!

Perfect for all your winter coats!

Just right for any oversized boyfriend sweater or sweatshirt!

It measures 15 L x 13 1/2 W and is 27 in diameter

Acrylic, mohair and wool blend can be machine washed, gentle cycle! Lay flat to dry!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Easy, FREE pattern on Purl SoHo! The Patons Lace works beautifully for a nice blended cowl.

Oh, I love crocheting with lace yarn...the end product is dreamy-soft! Love the color shifts in this one. :)
