What are you most proud of? Not giving up.when it seemed as though I wouldn't be able to catch onto knitting the brioche stitch. Eventually the light switched on and once that happened I had so much fun knitting the scarf and didn't want to put it down.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice until you get it, you'll be glad you did! When following the pattern just remember that it's only on the ONE row of LS LC that you will do any increases & decreases, and all the other rows in between are brioche knitted or brioche purled.

your scarf reminds me of summer and all the sea shades in the greek islands...I know..I am greek...I really like it!

This is beautiful. Can I get a free pattern somewhere?

This pattern, as well as another, is included in the class materials when you join this Craftsy class. Nancy Marchant, the instructor and author of this pattern, has a website http://briochestitch.com/brioche/ where she does have some free beret patterns you may like. She also is on Ravelry http://www.ravelry.com/stores/nancy-marchant-designs and has some patterns there as well.

Charky, thanks for the info -- I just bought the gable cowl (which somehow looks way harder than what we've been doing -- uh, oh.)
