What was your inspiration?
I had Kaffe Fassett fabric left over from another quilt I had made. I love his fabric and have accumulated quite a stash. This quilt was started August 2011 during an annual family vacation. By the end of the week quilt tops were completed by four of my sisters, a niece and a great niece - plus mine.
What are you most proud of?
With the left over fabric from the large blocks I made small twister blocks for the side borders.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Cut the blocks very carefully with the twister ruler.
