Materials

The Gold andpurple earrings have been made from scratch using gold wire. These handmade earrings feature superb quality large Amethyst stones surrounded by small Citrines, peach Quartz, Dark Amethyst, gold Pyrite gems and gold and lavender seed pearls. The earrings measure 1.75" in length and the Amethyst stones are 15mm * 10mm.

Aga, just wondering how you made the bezel? I remember reading something about either this pair or another pair of earrings where you said you made the bezel out of wire. From the photo it is hard to tell if the bezel is made of multiple loops of wire, or if it is metal that you cut strips from?? I want to try this, but am not sure how you did it. Thanks for posting all your wonderful pieces!! Oh, a totally different subject, i finally got the wire crochet down thanks to your step by step instructions!!Now I am hooked( ;) ) !!!
