Cool patchwork design! I especially like the way the black cursive prints come together in the center star. I take it somebody is a music lover?

Thanks. It is for my future daughter in-law, her name is Jazz, and yes she is pursuing a career in music.

The star is so gorgeous, the colors so wonderful. I could hardly look at the quilting, it is so pretty.

Thank you Deb. I wanted to incorporate all music aspects that my future daughter in-law is pursuing. The available fabrics all worked together. I found it to be close to working a color wash style quilt.

Hazel S Smith: What a gorgeous pattern, the colors in this quilt are stunning! But, this pattern lends itself to a 1000 color combos. You could make 50 quilts with this pattern, and be amazed at how different they all look from each other!
