What was your inspiration?
The seed beads came in a set, and seemed to call for a turquoise focal bead.
What are you most proud of?
When I wear this necklace, I always get compliments.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use a design board to lay out your beads before stringing them. You can play with the arrangement until you are happy with it, ensure the symmetry of the beads if that is your plan, and accurately plan the length of the finished piece.
