What was your inspiration?
The knitted version of this pattern was one I always liked. I am grateful to Amy for the tunisian crochet version.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Swatch...swatch...swatch. You can use just about any weight yarn and tunisian stitch. I should have swatched or at least measured my first peak (triangle). My finished project is more of a scarf or shawlette size, so if you want something larger, you can add more beginning chains and make the peaks longer.
