What are you most proud of? I've crochet'd for a long time, but have only made a few things - scarves, potholders and afghans. This is the first time I've ever used multiple stitches and followed a pattern. Even though there are a few mistakes, I don't care - I'm so proud of it! And so glad I took this class.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Keep going, don't stop. It does not matter if you make mistakes. You can always make another one, and each row teaches you something.

It looks so nice!! So far I'm having a devil of a time learning this. I'm not much of a crocheter - knitting is really my bag, but I really wanted to learn this technique. It might just be beyond my ability to learn online - I may have to find someone to work with here.

I have the same problem with knitting - it can actually make me cry! I'm loving tunisian - right now I am making some pieces for an outside art installation for International Yarn Bomb day here in Houston using tunisian, and will post them when I'm done. And I have indulged in buying tons of supplies and the Knitter's Pride Tunisian Hook set. If you're in Houston, let me know and I can get together with you and help out.

Thanks, but I'm in WI. I've actually tabled this for now - maybe in the winter when I have time again to learn a new craft, but right now I'm taking a couple knitting classes and living the summer life. :)
